The Solutions team is composed of skilled architects, developers, and engineers specializing in the development and maintenance of asset management solutions. The team's primary focus is on centralizing data and creating automated processes to enhance asset performance, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue. Additionally, the team manages dedicated systems, including Office365, Powerplatform, Dynamics, and Azure. They collaborate closely with external partners, including technology experts and startups, to accelerate development. As a Dynamics 365 Support Engineer, you will be integral to the design, development, customization, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business needs into technical solutions. Take ownership of support issues, managing them through to resolution. Research issues, implement fixes, and document case resolutions. Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet Service Level Agreements. Keep customers informed on the progress of their tickets. Escalate queries to Development & Business Consultants when needed. Implement minor improvements. Apply accounting and business process knowledge to resolve client queries. Support strong customer relationship management. Assist the project delivery team with Quality Assurance activities and the transition of projects to ongoing support after launch. Requirements: 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 support. Experience with X++ development and adherence to best practices in D365 Finance and Operations. Strong skills in customizing Dynamics 365, including custom workflows, plugins, and application development. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
