Your daily adventures will include:Expanding Stepler's presence and services across SpainTaking ownership of all aspects of the company's investment and growth in SpainEstablish and develop strategic partnerships for company growth and improvement of salesIdentifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level relevant to the businessAdvising and closely collaborating with Management and HQ teams to develop and execute key initiatives that drive growth and efficiencyPresent reports regarding budgets, sales development, new business leads, and regulatory complianceA central role in building and developing the local Stepler teamTo thrive at Stepler, you should:Be a self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approachHave 4+ years of experience in the fields of operations/general managementHave at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, or a similar fieldBe comfortable with developing business frameworks to support your strategies and decisionsHave excellent and proven leadership skillsBe fluent in English and Spanish, located in Spain, and well familiar with local business cultureLike to have fun at work and spread positive vibes to your surroundingsAnd, maybe the most important thing - you are passionate about making the world a healthier place!You will get extra credits for:Experience in the tech business, startup, or dynamic high-growth companyExperience in growth marketingWhy you'll love it here:Your daily duties will have a meaningful impact on millions of people worldwideYou'll be working with the most friendly, supportive colleagues in a high talent-density environmentAs we grow, so will you!
