In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier candidates within various industries across Dutch-speaking markets.
Your fluency in Dutch, combined with your recruitment expertise, will be crucial in building relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placements Build and maintain a robust network of candidates through proactive engagement and outreach Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback Stay updated on market trends and continually optimize recruiting strategies Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is desirable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities, capable of working independently A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates succeed in their careers Be available for a 4 months training in Greece Benefits Competitive Salary Potential to grow within the company Work remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
