Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking banking clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, and sharing information on innovative digital banking products tailored for the Dutch market.
Responsibilities
Provide assistance with general banking inquiries, account access issues, transfers, etc.
Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Present and inform customers about banking products.
Adhere to transparency requirements, provide accurate product details (including purpose, characteristics, and risks), and uphold regulatory standards for client protection.
Monitor and report any application-related issues.
Meet defined quality standards and sales objectives.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
Language: Fluent Dutch (C2 level).
Strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Analytical skills and quick learner.
Sales skills, social aptitude, and client interaction abilities.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Team-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Experience
Previous banking experience is beneficial but not essential.
Benefits
Hours: 38.5 hours per week, with shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Two days off weekly, plus two weekends off monthly.

Salary: €21,718 gross per year
