This role involves handling client requests through inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and performing option activations in an outbound capacity. It combines administrative support with direct customer interactions to ensure a smooth and positive client experience. Key Responsibilities Client Request Handling (Admin - Inbound Calls): Respond to customer requests by phone and provide solutions to their inquiries. Service Transactions (ST - Outbound): Schedule appointments, activate service options, and manage other outbound interactions with clients. Skills Competencies Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical concepts in customer service. Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
