In this position, you will collaborate closely with a designated portfolio of new clients to assist them in launching their initial online advertising campaigns, aiming to significantly impact their business outcomes. Operating within a target-oriented setting, you will pursue individual goals while contributing to a cohesive onboarding team.
Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the setup and optimization of PPC campaigns.Identify and grasp customer requirements and objectives effectively.Drive increased ad spend, upsell opportunities, and campaign sustainability.Manage a substantial volume of potential clients via daily phone interactions. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is advantageous).Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong motivation to achieve or surpass productivity, readiness, sustainability, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for phone pitches and compelling proposal writing.Effective time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks.Solid analytical capabilities.Customer-focused with a strong interest in client engagement and achieving business objectives.Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Native proficiency in Dutch.Proficient in English.
