Dutch Junior Campaign & Marketing Specialist - Barcelona

About the job: As a junior campaign and marketing specialist, you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns. Therefore, you will need to give advice and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales, but it is important to possess some sales-oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
Act as a trusted consultant onboarding customersDevelop PPC campaignsAbility to understand customers' needs and goalsBe responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainabilityHandle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone callsYour qualifications: You speak Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
