THE ROLE:To contribute and be part of the team responsible for the support and execution of data management/customer services activities, ensuring that output is accurate and on time. Your responsibilities will be focused on HR Administration processes and Customer Care services, and you will be flexible supporting either as or when required.
RESPONSIBILITIESUse HR Administration expertise to advise upon client queries/issues and ensure a good understanding of Client specific processes and tasks.Independently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIs.Ensure Data Management is performed accurately and on time.Ensure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standard.Follow Detailed Working Instructions (DWIs) and highlight any gaps/inconsistencies in the documentation.Also support the updating of DWIs.Proficient in using systems and tools.SOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidences.Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions related to Client/Country specific processes and ensure the audience has understood and can put into practice.All system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and/or Products can investigate.Highlight to Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of service.Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.Successful completion of all learning objectives.Time Recording to be completed accurately and on time.Alight Security Standards are adhered and followed.Contribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service Manager.Ensure you are up to date with all Alight HR announcements and communications.Build good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriate.Update internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate way.Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned.REQUIREMENTSGood knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Flexibility to support a global and fast-paced environment.Attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal skills in both English and Dutch.Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures.1 year experience in Customer Care and/or HR Administration.Very good knowledge and understanding of Alight and Client specific HR Admin/ Customer Care processes.High School/University diploma or equivalent.HRIS knowledge.High level of English spoken and written allowing everyday work communication in this language.High level of Dutch spoken and written allowing everyday work communication in this language.Additional language(s) as required for a specific position.We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
