This role requires native-level proficiency in Dutch and advanced proficiency in English.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.Responsibilities:Main point of contact for customers (coordination with markets, retailers (including concierge roles), internal stakeholders, for all customer inquiries).Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.Solve customers' requests by always offering exquisite treatment.Manage incidents efficiently, guiding the management always to customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal customer complaints.Requirements:Advanced Dutch level (min C2).Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).Excellent coordination and communication skills.Proactive.Solution-oriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions.Residence in any area of Madrid.Offer:Permanent contract.39-hour work week.Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday.Possibility of extra income for availability outside of regular hours. Between 200 and 400 euros per month.Salary up to €26,500 per month (2208€ gross month).Paid training for 3 weeks.#J-18808-Ljbffr
