Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email regarding bookings, activities and general information about the Dutch market. Provide advice and information on facilities and services. Respond effectively to customer concerns and complaints, striving to find a quick and satisfactory solution. Work with other departments to resolve customer issues quickly. Help customers book accommodation, meals and recreational activities. Ensuring the accuracy of booking details and billing information.
