Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch across various platforms.
Ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards to maintain a safe online environment.
Identify and eliminate inappropriate or harmful content swiftly.
Provide administrative support and help manage back-office operations effectively.
Document moderation actions and communicate findings with the relevant teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to improve workflows and procedures in the moderation process.
Stay updated on trends and changes in social media regulations and content moderation practices.
Requirements Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to handle sensitive content with professionalism and neutrality.
