Key responsibilities As After Sales Account Manager North, you are responsible for the commercial relationship between our company and our export clients, primarily for spare parts for marine engines. You ensure that our existing customers have access to the necessary parts and services on time. A significant portion of your time will be spent identifying new markets, following up on customer leads, and advising potential export clients on spare parts. Daily tasks include preparing quotes, answering calls, understanding customer needs, offering solutions, and monitoring the competition. You will translate customer needs to our internal teams and hand over sales opportunities in a structured way to the operational teams. Requirements A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a technical-commercial field. Fluent in Dutch and English, with a good command of French. Interest in engines and a technical background. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar commercial role, focusing on technical sales. Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain an overview and stay calm in challenging situations. Always communicate professionally, even in difficult circumstances.
