External Fulfillment works with Retail teams to prioritize potential solutions, coordinates the integration with third parties and manages the daily operations.The Program Manager is responsible for deployment of Inventory Control and Quality Assurance systems and processes for the EU region in line with the standard global policies within the External Fulfillment. Interfacing with Retail, Supply Chain and Transportation teams as well as Operations partners, you will contribute to the development of our flexible & customer-centric fulfillment organization.Job Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records in all externalized warehouses across EU to ensure the ability to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.Audit for and drive compliance with existing SOP and set new ones to bring inventory quality to the next level in EU External Fulfillment network.Guide & develop Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) best practices deployment across our EU sites/providers network.Ensure ICQA systems and processes are established in full compliance to global standards and SOX policies.Support and manage critical relations with external partners facing quality issues or contractual claims.Deliver improvement projects to allow existing as well as new sites to thrive and succeed.Work closely with technical development teams to deliver features which are customer-focused, scalable, auditable and iteratively developed.Solution-driven approach to systems & processes.Language skills in other EMEA languages are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
