What you will doEvaluate and develop improvement opportunities throughout the company that lead to benefits and generate value for Volotea, with a focus on Fuel.Contribute to the control and improvement of the main indicators of the Fuel Efficiency and Ops area in general.Carry out management and continuous improvement of Volotea's processes, controlling the operability of the Fuel Efficiency area and optimising it.Manage the relationship with external efficiency suppliers, as well as the implementation and continuous improvement of their projects in Volotea.Liaise with internal stakeholders for reporting of results and presentation of opportunities.Financial control and projections of the company's fuel consumption, as well as deviations versus budget.What you will needAeronautical Management or Engineering background.1-3 years experience in Aviation management, particularly in fuel efficiency techniques, aeronautical regulations or operational procedures is desired.Demonstrated abilities in gathering information systematically, grasp complexities, perceive relationships between factors and root cause analysis.Goal oriented and proactive mindset.Proficient in MS Excel and/or other data analytic program.Excellent English written and oral communication skills.What do we offerFlexible vacation days.Access to year-round free flights (exc. airports tax) for you, your partner, and your children, with over 100 airlines worldwide.Gym pass discounts and more.Continuous training to continue your development.Learn more about working at Volotea HQ.
