Document Controller

Spanish International Aircraft Maintenance SL (SIAM), is one of the heavy aircraft maintenance providers for our client Ryanair, carrying out maintenance on Ryanair's entire fleet of New Generation Boeing 737-800 and 737-MAX series of aircraft, at our Hangar facility located in Seville.We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a team of highly skilled staff, almost 500 strong and growing, all with an essential part to play in safely maintaining a fleet of over 450 aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines.Duties include, but are not limited to:Liaise with Planning, Engineering, Quality and Check Supervisors on the printing of aircraft check packsPrint check packs and distribute to the relevant zones of the aircraftCollate all aircraft paperwork once completed and ensure that it is completed correctlyFollow up on incomplete/missing paperworkEnsure that all paperwork is scanned, bookmarked, backed up and entered in the aircraft recordsAny other duties/tasks as directed by Supervisor/ManagerMinimum Requirements:Previous document control experience is an advantageAviation regulation knowledgeWorking knowledge of AMOS is desirableExcellent planning and organisational skills are essentialStrong communication - written and oral EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & WordAbility to work without direct supervisionMust have initiative, be enthusiastic and understand the importance of professional integritySuccessful candidate is required to provide a Spanish criminal recordAdditional Information:Location: SevilleFriendly working environmentEmployment type: Full-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
