Your Role: This position is crucial to support the HSEQ Manager with a high degree of autonomy in southern Spain.

Your Tasks: Advise and support the provision of assistance related to health, workplace safety, quality, and the environment for our business in the operation and maintenance phase, including communications and interaction with clients, companies, and relevant authorities.Proactively support and advise staff and management on their HSEQ responsibilities and the development and promotion of an excellent HSEQ culture.Support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the local QHSE Management System.Ensure that legal HSEQ requirements are identified and considered, and that compliance is regularly monitored and supported.Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis in close collaboration with the operational structure.
Review and follow up on actions, identifying and disseminating lessons learned.Provide training and courses related to QHSE to qualify and train relevant personnel on health, safety, or environmental topics.Conduct periodic monitoring of the implementation of PRL, Quality, and Environment in the work centers, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement according to Spanish legislation, as well as BayWa r.E.
's contractual and internal requirements to verify and ensure compliance.Conduct, review, and support risk assessments and derive actions, safety plans, safety procedures, and other technical documentation related to occupational risk prevention management.Define technical specifications regarding QHSE matters.Your Profile: Technical Engineer / Higher Industrial Engineer or similar.Higher Technician in Occupational Risks, specialist in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and Ergonomics and Psychosociology.Desirable experience in internal ISO 45001, 14001, 9001 audits.Experience in PRL management, desirable experience in the integration and implementation of PRL, Quality, and Environment management systems.Extensive knowledge of English and Spanish.Driving license type B.Your Benefits: 27 working days of vacation.Days off on 24.12 and 31.12.
