ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Software Engineer in Test will be a key contributor on a team of 7+ engineers applying extensive knowledge of software test fundamentals, quality, and software design.
Your general responsibilities include:
Streamline quality across our process: Develop test plans and test cases from requirements and design, and own the delivery of a test plan for a release.Work within our DevOps toolset and extend the automation testing aspects as needed (building dashboards, scripting).Automation Development: This is a hands-on development position, working closely with developers to write automation tests, frameworks, and supporting infrastructure to streamline and drive high test coverage.Leadership: Mentor and develop the team in good software practices and testing fundamentals that will ensure quality.QualificationsBS degree or equivalent in a directly related discipline (CS, Eng, etc.)3+ years experience as a quality or test engineer3+ years of experience working in agile fashion in projects with multiple squadsProven track record testing large scale, enterprise (SaaS) applications with complex data models and workflowsObsession for quality and automationConversational proficiency in EnglishSource control management experience with GITHands-on experience with multiple test tools - Selenium, Postman, etc.Hands-on software development experience in either Java, C++ or C#Nice to have:BDD experience leveraging cucumber, gherkin or similarExperience with performance test tools like jmeter or similarExperience in integrating test automation in CI / CD environments (Github actions, Jenkins, etc.)Experience in healthcare is not required, but familiarity with data standards and workflows (HL7, IHE) is a plus.Interested?
