Your Challenge & Roles:Recruitment Process ManagerCandidate Experience AdvocateHiring Partner LeadYour Responsibilities:Recruitment Process Manager:
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, leveraging labor market trends and best practices. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, application screening, interviews, ATS tracking (Teamtailor), job offer negotiations, and cNPS monitoring. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify opportunities and needs within their teams. Lead debrief sessions to align on candidate evaluations and decisions.Candidate Experience Advocate:
Ensure a positive and responsive experience for all candidates, maintaining transparent, fluid, and personalized communication aligned with company values. Serve as a liaison between candidates and decision-makers within the company. Promote Tropicfeel's employer brand through social media, networking events, and partnerships with universities or job boards.Hiring Partner Lead:
Manage the relationship with external recruitment consultancy partners, acting as strategic and operational liaison between the company and the consultancy. Define which positions are assigned to the consultancies and monitor them. Liaise directly with hiring managers to understand their needs related to incorporating new profiles. Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess process efficiency and effectiveness.What Are We Looking For?4+ years of experience managing recruitment and selection processes.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Teamtailor.Proven experience in strategic recruitment, including executive-level profiles, specialized technicians, and competitive industries.Proficiency in English (B2/C1). Part of the selection process will be in English.
