The hotel is divided into eleven low-rise structures ensuring that visitors experience a truly exceptional and natural environment.About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a FB Attendant to join the summer season 2024 of Jumeirah Port de Soller.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:Takes orders from customers and Waiter/Waitress in a timely, professional and friendly manner.Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to Beverage Recipes.Serves alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages according to defined standards.Ensures that the guest is presented with the correct order and that all drinks are prepared and served as agreed in the standard operating procedures.Maintains a complete knowledge of cocktails, beverages and wines to advise the guests and colleagues when necessary.Collects money for drinks served and processes financial transactions according to Jumeirah cashiering procedures.Ensures that all stock is established as per par levels and stored according to the Food Hygiene Standards.Undertakes opening, closing cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.Maintains accurate and up-to-date temperature records for all fridge units within the bar whilst on duty.About the benefits: Besides generous FB benefits and reduced hotel rates across our hotels globally, this role has excellent employee benefits making the role attractive to high performers and any applicant who likes to associate themselves with one of the most luxurious brands in the hospitality industry.
