As a Host, you will initiate the process of building a relationship with the Client by determining the Client's needs and offering direction to the appropriate departments. You will be the Client's first point of contact within the store and set the tone for their experience while they are with us. This is an opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who understand the importance of creating memorable moments with Clients, and who have a passion to develop their career in a luxury retail environment.Duties & Responsibilities Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact.Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest.Address clients' queries and concerns in an appropriate manner.Engage clients in small conversation.Communicate client needs to the relevant department.Notify the team about the arrival of regular clients/appointments.Maintain a neat, organized "front-of-house" environment.Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the standards of the company.Perfil Key Requirements Excellent communication skills with a pleasant disposition.Strong enthusiasm to learn, with a passion for Louis Vuitton products and services and fashion.Adaptable and a fast learner with a client-centric mentality.Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy.Prior work experience in retail, hospitality, aviation, or a service-related industry would be a plus.Must be able to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
