The IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) operations team is buying used devices from customers to extend their product life by selling restored devices.
The EMEA ITAD Sales Operations is the expert of the operations for the European market.
Upon customer requests, you will be solutioning these services towards customer needs, together with Sales & Pursuit, Category, Finance, Legal, and Sub-contractors.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the End-to-end management and tracking of customer requests/orders beginning with a request for information (RFI) through to final order closeout, working with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proactively reaching out to sales and potentially customers to support sales in purchasing used devices.
Through the quotation process, the ITAD program manager works on finding the best solution and quotation for the customer in collaboration with HP's sales and pursuit teams as well as external vendors.
Develop and improve operation workflows, cost structures, and metrics for global support of customers, sales & pursuit teams.
Contribute to delivery manuals, maintain price sheets, and train Solution Architects and other stakeholders in ITAD service capabilities and operations.
Contribute to the transformation of the worldwide service offering to ensure a differentiated HP solution.
Contributes to worldwide projects as operations lead to conceive best delivery and operational strategy for managing asset return, remarketing, and recycling, including supplier strategy, cost and delivery risks.
Deliver operation results according to customer satisfaction, volume, revenue, and operation profit goals.
Compliance with legal requirements and HP Standards.
Reviews data and identifies issues or conclusions to report to more senior individual contributors.
Supports senior team members by performing groundwork analysis used to create strategic supply chain solutions.
Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Education and Experience Required: First level university degree or equivalent experience.
2 to 4 years of experience in a supply chain function, order processing, services, sales or category function.
Mastery in English.
Knowledge and Skills: Ability to work on a team and develop relationships and collaborate across business units, and accomplish goals.
Highly developed negotiation/influencing skills.
Developing business acumen, including understanding of HP's overall business model, knowledge of operation processes and experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, customer relationship management.
Passionate to improve customer experience and build customer loyalty, with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Asset Recovery Services (ITAD / Recycling industry, Data Sanitization, Suppliers).
Strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation, active listening, and storytelling skills.
Experience in Sales and/or customer engagement would be highly appreciated and considered as a plus.
Project/program/process management, problem-solving and change management skills.
Knowledge of company organization, functions, culture, HP Services portfolio, routes to markets, and end-to-end processes.
