You will work with our Chief Information Officer (CIO) who leads our Technology and Digital (T&D) organization and her direct reports. You will be a strategic thinker and operational doer who plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the CIO. You will work in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders within and outside of the broader tech organization such as other business unit operations leaders, finance, talent, procurement, GenAI leadership, etc., to ensure consistency in our planning and financial processes as well as make sure priorities reflect the firm-wide strategy.You will be sharp, analytical, and comfortable creating structure to meet objectives in a sometimes-ambiguous environment. In this role, you will have the ability to multi-task and deliver on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. You will work across T&D to ensure teams define and measure objectives, KPIs, and outcomes for all deliverables.
