In this job of Director Talent Management & Organization Development EMEA, you will be responsible for succession planning, leadership and team development, coaching, talent assessment process, employee engagement, and the use of the appropriate talent management, team and leadership tools and practices to lead leaders, teams, and organization to drive performance excellence. The location for this full-time job of Director Talent Management & Organization Development EMEA is Viladecans, Spain. You will report directly into our Vice President HR EMEA & APAC, Monique Hopmans. We are looking for someone who's available to start as soon as possible. What will you do? You will drive our EMEA TMOD strategy and execution including vision, guiding principles, goals, and success metrics. You will develop and execute EMEA leadership development programs by partnering with senior leaders and global team in facilitating and developing content for the identified learning priorities. You will partner with our TMOD Leads to drive interventions to support our culture of continuous learning and feedback transformation to drive high performance and engagement. You will support senior leaders on leading the Talent Assessment Process and facilitates the overall implementation of career mapping of high potentials, emerging leaders, and managers on succession plans and talent mobility across the EMEA region. You will build, coach, and facilitate effective teams through the effective use of tools, team building activities, development activities and supporting the leaders in creating an engaged environment. What experience do you bring? Bachelor's degree required (master's degree preferred). A minimum of three years demonstrated success in the strategy, design, and execution of talent development programs. You have great leadership and development consultation, coaching, and facilitation skills. You are experienced with working independently, flexible and with a large and international team of talented people. You have experience with and enjoy working with people across cultures and borders. You have held a similar role in an international company. You are experienced in working in a matrix organization.
