.About the RoleWhat You'll DoDeliver to clients: provide strategic advice to a portfolio of clients, manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and develop excellent relationships with client groups.
Own client relationships with limited senior supervision; creatively preparing and delivering the client programme.Build the business: seek out new business leads and work alongside other senior members of the team on business development activities such as pitch preparation and delivery.Team involvement: project line management for the team working on your clients and knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.Networking: proactively network with contacts and stakeholders as well as potential clients.Marketing: support FTI activities going to market, market your own thought leadership.Demonstrates a high level of integrity and asks the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsibly.How You'll GrowYou will have the opportunity to work in some of the most challenging and fascinating public policy issues currently being tackled in Europe.

You will be empowered to chart your career path within the firm, based on your professional interests and behaviors, and in-line with the overall growth of the business and team.Qualifications and ExperienceStrong academic background.Proven skills in public affairs, advocacy, issues and reputation management in regulated industries in Spain or elsewhere.Excellent understanding and experience of working with policymakers and stakeholders in Brussels/Madrid or in other national capitals to further strategic objectives.At least 6 years' experience in-house, in a trade body, in a public institution, or advising clients on policy and communications issues.Excellent English with one or two additional languages preferable.Great writing skills and a good understanding of communications, corporate reputation.A self-starter with a can-do attitude.Being aligned with our ethical values, our diversity and inclusion approach.Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s).Our BenefitsApart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
