The Director Product Security & Tracking is responsible for leading the global ITOT OT Serialization and Product Tracking organization, ensuring the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of Serialization and product Security across all control systems, equipment, IT applications and utilities at Novartis Manufacturing Sites. Job Description Major accountabilities: Manage global OT Product Security and Tracking ITOT team consisting senior specialists and Associate directors. Accountable for the program, project and product delivery to business. Define, develop and implement global SPT operations and programs in alignment with Novartis ISC strategy. Partner with business to drive Transformation programs enabled by technology supporting transformation outcomes. Measure and drive the business value of transformation initiatives under printed by Program, Projects and products. Establish key SPT performance indicators that ensure proper service delivery and continuous service improvement (states, actions, maturity and value). Support the business to understand fit for purpose technical solutions managing requirements with effective cost in alignment with other Novartis key initiatives. Define operational objectives and mid-term planning according to global ITOT strategy. Responsible for recommending, configuring, operating maintaining and enhancing relevant Product Security and Tracking systems and tools globally, based on contextual information and current threat landscape. Oversee all vendor contracts for Product Security and Tracking and identify cost reduction opportunities. Interface with engineering/site ITOT teams to organize, design and ensure SPT program is properly implemented. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, automation, engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Automation or IT, in a GMP Pharma environment. In-depth knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing budgets and project pipelines. Familiarity with GMP regulations and compliance standards. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders. English fluent. Work Experience: Strategy Development. Industry/ Business Exposure.
