Description du poste
Main responsibilities Define and drive domain KPIs, vision and strategy.
Manage Lead Products Managers, Product Managers to align on vision, strategy and priorities for Product Areas and Product Teams
Use data analysis to understand the Product Domain, measure impact and make informed decisions on product vision, strategy and roadmap
Motivate, inspire, develop and lead a team building product portfolios that delivers maximum value and an excellent end user experience
Anticipate and resolve organizational and process roadblocks that slow down the delivery of the roadmap
Partner with peers to cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust and continuous improvement where people can thrive
Partner with other Heads of products and stakeholders from Business functions, Business units to define joint visions, strategy and priorities cross-domains
Build key stakeholder relationships both within the company and externally to make sure the right things get priority and manage expectations
Manage the Product Domain budget
Main complexity / critical issues in the job Define and articulate the vision of what a successful digital product roadmap looks like while managing stakeholder expectations
Build and maintain a close relationship and a strong collaboration with stakeholders
Few figures about the scope of action Typically handle 3 to 4 products for 1M€ budget (o/w ASPEN, Per Angusta, ScanMarket, Agiloft)
Typically manage ~3 people, internal & external
Qualifications
Formation & experience Education Level:Master's Degree
Experience:>15 years, >10 years in a manager role
•Previous experience in leading product teams
•Have developed, shipped and maintained several successful products over the years
• Solid experience of using the latest techniques for product discovery and hypothesis-driven product development
•Good knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
Skills & profile Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Deep understanding of how to make data informed product decisions and translate customer or business insights into a product vision.
Knows how to attract and keep top talent.
Understands what it takes to build healthy, maintainable and scalable technology.
Understands relevant technology trends, the opportunities they bring and when and how to use them.
Can be effective in a constantly developing matrixed organization with both complex and evolving technology and products
