With the main objective of developing a cohesive communication strategy to consumers with the purpose of increasing visibility and brand equity of Iberostar Hotels & Resorts in key origin markets, some more mature than others, in relevant consumer facing publications and channels.Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, your main responsibilities will include:To ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to the consumer facing communication of Iberostar Hotels & Resorts across PR and Social Media channels ensuring they clearly convey the strategic pillars, brand promise and differentiators of the brand and its segments.Awareness of international travel trends and best practices in PR.To promote and help create storytelling opportunities derived from hotel experiences and destinations.To lead a hybrid team to efficient management of external PR and social media agencies ensuring the delivery of high ROI by means of increased visibility for our brand, media coverage, engagement, and relevance for our hotels and destinations in the most suitable titles in key origin markets.To select, contract and manage PR & social media agencies (when required) to reach the brand's communication objectives, implementing channel strategie that deliver brand visibility to the right audiences.Ensure the quality and relevance of the content generated and distributed for the more aspirational selected hotels communicating their key differentiators, positioning and storytelling.Evaluate, select and execute brand partnerships that increase Iberostar ´s brand equity, visibility and affinity to market.Who is the ideal person for this job?The ideal person for this role has a strategic vision, creativity and capacity to deliver on clear objectives are a must, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.- Studies:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.Valuable Master's degree in Brand Marketing#J-18808-Ljbffr
