for the purpose of maintaining necessary staffing, enhancing productivity of staff and ensuring necessary department outcomes are achieved.Directs the selection, implementation and support of the Authority's commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), web-based, and custom developed solutions.Directs the implementation of information systems programs and projects, maintaining scope, schedule and budget.Directs, monitors and reports system irregularities and develops management controls that proactively identify and mitigate risks to the authority's systems.Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of all assigned system interfaces.Responsible for the compliance of information technology change management processes and internal controls for assigned team.Manages all assigned capital and operating budgets.Develops and monitors internal team processes, procedures and system documentation.Researches, identifies and recommends innovative technology solutions to support evolving Authority needs in relationship to METRO's business strategies.Develops business case justification and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.Responsible for compliance with METRO's change management process and ensuring that all systems and changes are fully documented.Provides excellent customer service to METRO internal and external customers.Promotes safety awareness and follows safety procedures to reduce or eliminate accidents.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Business is required.Years Experience RequiredKnowledge Skills Required:Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
