Director, International Rewards & Global Enablement
Autodesk seeks a Director, International Rewards and Global Enablement with responsibility for overseeing International Total Rewards and country strategy, global market pricing strategy, and broad-based compensation programs ensuring programs align with our mission, strategy, and culture. This position reports to the VP of Total Rewards and manages a team of international compensation partners with a dotted line to international benefits partners, M&A; and the Global Enablement team. The Director will provide expertise regarding the strategic design, implementation, communication, and administration of Autodesk's base salary and short-term incentives programs.
This role will be a key partner to HR Operations and Talent Acquisition as well as our global network of HR, Legal, and Finance Business Partners with the ultimate objective of ensuring our programs support the attraction and retention of a highly engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech industry and be an expert in International Total Rewards, broad-based compensation programs, and delivering an improved leader/employee experience. This position can be hybrid, remote, or office-based in Ireland, Spain, UK, Netherlands, or India.
ResponsibilitiesBuild total rewards strategy in EMEA and APAC.Manage, build, and develop a team of high-performing Compensation Partners and Analysts.Lead benchmarking, compensation structure, and job structure/leveling activities, ensuring we have the data and processes in place to stay competitive with the market in all of our global locations.Lead the planning, design, and execution of compensation planning cycles, including base pay, equity, and bonus processes.In coordination with the Vice President, Total Rewards and Chief People Officer, responsible for establishing and maintaining a defined compensation philosophy that is consistent with Human Resources strategies.Work closely with the Director of Executive Compensation and Compensation Business Partners to ensure alignment on compensation philosophy and practices across the entire Company.Design Company's cash compensation programs including directing administration and governance processes, associated communications, and support of related processes in payroll, finance, and legal.Work jointly with Compensation Team, HR Partners, and Leadership to identify issues, conduct research/analysis to determine the root cause of any gaps and to recommend solutions as well as drive global talent strategy.Refine, develop, and execute innovative and competitive compensation strategies designed to attract, motivate, and retain talent.Develop and deliver training to ensure employee understanding of the company's total compensation philosophy, strategy, and offerings.Maintain a global perspective and ability to rationalize worldwide programs.
