The Director, EU Commercial Marketing is responsible for commercial, downstream marketing for IDD EU. As a member of the regional commercial leadership team, your primary responsibilities include driving and implementing the IDD commercial outbound marketing plan across both allergy and autoimmunity throughout the region, leading a multi-country marketing organization. You will be collaborating with other global marketing and commercial partners to develop the long-term division marketing strategy and ensuring Thermo Fisher IDD is competitively positioned across the regions to deliver on our strategic commitments and growth plans.What will you do? Develop, drive and implement regional marketing plan, with defined market opportunity across allergy and autoimmunity portfolios and multi-channel execution that fits the local markets in which we operate.Effectively lead the regional marketing organization, with a strategic voice in the wider divisional marketing strategy.Lead the EU marketing function in a matrixed environment. Collaborate with the patient in mind to deliver on our strategic goals.Drive the strategy, creation, development, refresh and effective utilization of customer-facing marketing and commercial program materials across all relevant channels (e.G., events, collateral and digital).Shape, communicate and enforce brand identity principles and guidelines in conjunction with corporate marketing.Be an active participant and influential member of the regional IDD leadership team and Divisional marketing leadership team.How you will get here? Degree in related field, MBA beneficialExperience, knowledge, skills, abilities Min. 8+ years in Marketing leadership roleMin. 5+ years experience within the healthcare/diagnostics industry with immunodiagnostics preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive career growth and experience in marketing, sales and/or strategy development leadership roles in the life science/medical device/life sciences sector strongly preferred
