It's with that in mind that Beyond is looking to add a Director of Demand Generation to our growing team. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to set the strategy and oversee the execution of full-funnel demand generation programs. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that requires a unique combination of creative and analytical chops. You will stay on the cutting edge of marketing best practices by researching the latest trends, gathering new ideas from industry leaders and competitors, and continuously optimizing demand gen campaigns to ensure Beyond is efficiently and reliably generating high-quality pipeline and revenue. As our Director of Demand Generation, you'll be responsible for: Translate data, customer insights, and campaign performance into recommendations that continuously improve program performance through rigorous testing. Establish operating model with regional sales teams to deliver consistent demand generation programs in global markets. Recommending the appropriate account targets, messaging, value propositions, creatives, content, and collateral to increase penetration with target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for all global sales teams. Create the personalization strategy for campaigns and messaging across all audiences and geographies. Plan, manage, and optimize spend for annual demand generation budget to support funnel growth and pipeline velocity for global demand. Establish key performance indicators for demand generation team to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance across multiple in-person and digital channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders in cross-functional groups to gain alignment and buy-in for ongoing plans of the business unit - including leadership in Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success - and actively share business and marketing strategy with those stakeholders.
