Responsibilities Work in this new service line with a focus on advisory services, using Value and Risk as a core.
Focus on Equity Valuations and ESG Valuation & Advisory initially, with potential expansion to other services.
Collaborate with Head of Valuation SE Cluster and local Heads to develop strategies and value propositions for proposals, presentations, and other pursuit-related materials.
Develop long-term and sustainable relationships with our target clients.
Promote the creation of new service lines/products in Valuations, in coordination with Global teams and aligned to Global Strategy.
Negotiate and define the valuation proposals to be agreed with the clients.
Partner with divisional and central business development initiatives on national and EMEA level to strengthen the ONE JLL approach.
