.Role:As a Digital Trading Executive, you will execute online merchandising strategies by prioritizing, optimizing, and refreshing site content to create clear and effective shopping experiences. You will also review product categorization and search strategies, as well as analyze sales data and propose actionable improvements.Working hours: 39Location: AlicanteFunctions:Execution of online merchandising strategies, with the goal of optimizing the customer experience to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and decrease bounce rates.Ensuring that site content is correctly prioritized, optimized, and refreshed to create clear, accurate, and effective customer shopping experiences.Reviewing product categorization, keywords, attributes, sort orders, site search filtering, and categorization strategies that facilitate efficient search and browsing, reinforce a positive brand experience, and support effective visual merchandising.Successful execution and implementation of seasonal campaigns into the customer journey and through site merchandising to effectively present product stories in an integrated manner across all ecommerce touch points (site, email, etc.).Site optimization efforts and experimentation including testing and creative optimization.Product selling support motions based on data-driven analysis.Cross-functional team partnership with multiple stakeholders: SEO, CRM, retail.Expert use of data to make optimal decisions and recommendations for website content. Comfortable working with large data sets to find key insights and interpret data into visual presentations.Strong project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities. Knows how to manage time and get things done in a fast-paced atmosphere.Creation, curation, and optimization of customer journeys to maximize learning and buying for our customers.Leads and conducts research on the marketplace and competitive set for best practices, trends, new ideas, and actions to be taken related to the online consumer shopping experience and site presentation.Requirements:Retail e-commerce experience and knowledge.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or other related field preferred.3+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, marketing, or business-related roles.3+ years of experience executing online customer experiences or other relevant customer experience background.At least 3 years in a similar role.About the Group:Abrimos nuestro primer Sprinter en Valencia en 1995 y, desde entonces, nos hemos convertido en el espacio para quienes sentimos pasión por el deporte y la moda deportiva.
