What will you do?
As a Manager in Digital Strategy & Governance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the technology landscape. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization, and innovation of our systems, ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide. Our team is committed to driving continuous improvement through various programs and initiatives.
We focus on:
Providing authoritative guidance in the resolution of complex problems or issues related to critical activities for the organization: Strategic Initiatives, Programs & Projects, Operational Excellence.
Communicate the various strategies employed to deliver on our ambition for the Employee Experience & HR Digital capability.
Develop & enforce processes and standards, educating IT & Domain stakeholders with artifacts.
Building Trust between stakeholders by defining Strategic & Operational value & performance targets, their measurement and communication.
Governing development and implementation of measuring, reporting, and supporting ongoing decision-making services with KPIs, metrics and SLAs.
Main responsibilities
Technology Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that supports our organizational and business goals.
Operational Excellence: Establish and enforce digital operational standards and best practices. Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics to drive improvements.
Application Portfolio: Ensure execution of application lifecycle management processes and retirement strategies, including data quality and security compliance.
Group Portfolio Governance: Evaluate and prioritize investments based on business value and alignment with strategy. Additionally, establish financial governance frameworks for ongoing operational expenses.
Workforce Management: Optimize workforce allocation and capacity planning with plans and talent strategies to support digital transformation.
Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and aligning differing opinions.
Reporting and Communications: Measure and report key performance indicators that reflect the effectiveness of governance controls. Effectively communicate with a specific focus and tailored approach to different audiences.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to build a high performing team.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or related field.
MBA from a reputed institute.
10+ years of experience with 2+ years in IT leadership positions of expanding responsibility.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform critical analysis of large complex programs/projects and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses and business case creation. Finance and budgeting experience for projects and programs.
Ability to effectively interview and interact with project executive sponsors, project team and external consultants.
Knowledge of database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
