Job Description Achieve orexceed sales goalsin an assigned region through the effective selling andmarketingof company products to existing and potential new customers within the framework oforganizationalpolicies and directives.
Establishnew leads, grow thesalespipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and longtermmarket penetration.
Plansalesactivity based on definedsales processto ensure that region meets or exceeds assigned monthly and/or annualsales goals.
Analyze customer's digitalbusinessneeds and opportunities; and plan with customer ways to increasebusinessflow.
Provide educational,marketingmeasures for customer to be successful.
Develop and maintain relationships with keyinfluentialthoughtleaders.
Utilize these relationships to expand market share.
Study and keep informed on company policies, new technologies, products, competitive activity and other general information as necessary.
Manage assigned geographical territory within allocated expense budget.
Provides weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections of revenue and units.
Provides input to the development of the annualsalesforecast.
Qualifications Takesfocusedactionto achieve established goals and win Proven track record of achievingsalestargets and objectives Experience with sellingDigital Solutionsto Dentists and Lab owners.
Ability to anticipate and develop opportunities.
Shows a clear understanding ofcustomer needs/ solidrelationship buildingskills.
Addresses resistance, and shows persistence in overcoming setbacks or obstacles.
Excellentnegotiation skills.
Is genuine, trustful andrespectfulincommunication.
Buildsenthusiasmand confidence by communicating with passion, belief and clarity.

Strong written andverbal communication skills Excellent knowledge ofEnglish language Intermediate level computer skills:PowerPoint, Word, Excel andCRMare tools used tocommunicatewith key customers Strongteamwork skills, especially in across functionalteam environment Applies advanced knowledge insalesto handle complex situations or accounts, where existing methods or procedures may not apply.
Regularly utilizes and mobilizes formal and informal network of contacts in Straumann includingsupervisoryandmanagerialcontacts to meet and exceed customer expectations Qualified candidates must demonstrate professionalsales skills; at least 4 years of previoussales experiencepreferably in a dental lab environment.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Certified Dental Technician status is desirable but not required.
Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and verbalize highly technical product information #J-18808-Ljbffr
