Digital Product Coordinator (Temporary) - Madrid We are now looking for a Digital Product Coordinator to temporarily join our dynamic team for a limited period (still unknown) to cover for a team member on sick leave. If you want to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end digital product creation, have a keen eye for identifying customer journey pain points, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is an exciting opportunity for you.

The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for improving our website and app dedicated to room bookings and loyal members, with a focus on enhancing the user experience to optimize conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities: Customer journey optimization: Identify and analyse pain points in both existing and new customer journeys, proposing solutions that enhance user experience. Data-driven: Leverage data insights to propose innovative features and track developments that improve conversion and engagement. User Stories & Prototyping: Create user stories and visual mock-ups using tools like Figma, ensuring clarity for both technical and visual implementation. Full development cycle: Engage in all phases of product development from refinement and design to development, especially rigorous testing. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in improving complex UX journeys using wireframe and prototyping tools (Figma). Bachelor's or master's degree. Skills in managing products/projects, demonstrating the ability to deliver features from functional design to production. Strong analytical and reporting skills to drive data-informed decision-making. Excellent prioritization and time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think outside the box and propose unique, impactful solutions. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. A high degree of ownership for delivering results and driving initiatives forward. Must be flexible and able to accommodate a variety of priorities. Fluent in English is a must; additional languages would be beneficial. Bonus points if you have experience in: a) Customer Experience analytics tools b) Agile methodology c) Product Management Software (ex: Jira) d) Analytics platforms (ex: Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics 4).
