Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid acquisition contracts, owning inbound marketing strategies, developing compelling sales collateral, executing direct mail campaigns, and supporting event marketing efforts without actual attendance. This role places a strong emphasis on B2B lead generation. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Paid Acquisition Management: Manage and oversee paid acquisition contractors across various platforms (Google PPC, SEM, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and drive qualified B2B leads. Ensure contractors meet performance goals and align with our marketing strategy. Inbound Marketing: Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to attract, engage, and convert B2B prospects through content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels. Sales Collateral Development: Create and maintain high-quality sales collateral, including brochures, one-sheeters, presentations, case studies, and other materials to support the sales team and enhance the sales process. Direct Mail Campaigns: Plan, execute, and analyze direct mail campaigns to target specific B2B customer segments and drive engagement and conversions. Marketing Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve business goals. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our B2B target audience. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials. Event Marketing Support: Develop and execute strategies to support event marketing efforts remotely, including digital promotion, follow-up campaigns, and leveraging event-generated content. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing paid acquisition campaigns and inbound marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices. Experience in B2B lead generation and marketing. Experience in property management, skilled trades, or real estate a huge plus. Experience in creating sales collateral and executing direct mail campaigns. Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
