Job Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by onboarding new properties and retreat leaders onto our platform.
This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, presenting the unique value proposition of Company, and ensuring a smooth and aligned integration of new members into our community.
Key Responsibilities: Effectively communicate the benefits of joining the Company platform, tailored to the specific needs and aspirations of each prospective member.
Identify property owners and retreat leaders who align with our mission and values.
Guide new members through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups with potential clients, using our CRM.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and approaches based on feedback and experiences.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy and growth of Company.
Conduct reference checks of all prospective members, and maintain detailed records.
Assist in responding to incoming inquiries as needed.
Assist in customer service as needed.
Qualifications: Proven sales experience.
Customer service experience is not required but is preferable.
Consistent availability between 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST M-F. High level of spoken and written English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and software.
Proficiency in using a CRM and can help improve upon its design, flow, organization, and effectiveness as a tool.
Ability to quickly become proficient in new technology (GoHighLevel, Slack, etc.).
Strong interest in sustainability, spirituality, and the retreat industry.
Position Type: Full-time, independent contractor Location: Remote (North or South America) Duration: 40 hours per week Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST Compensation: $1,800 USD per month base salary, plus commission (up to $1,500 USD commission per month on top of your base salary).
