Digital Marketing | (Kx-931)

We are seeking an E-commerce and Digital Marketing specialist to join a multinational cosmetic company. The responsibilities will include:
Managing e-commerce platforms and tools, including measuring and analyzing KPIs with tools such as Google Analytics. Assisting in the management of e-merchandising. Creating and managing content for e-CRM and onsite. Implementing CRO strategies to improve conversions on the website. Coordinating with the agency to implement SEO improvements in the content. Proposing and implementing local actions to increase web traffic and sales. Implementing external digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of Salesforce (SFCC), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Analytics, GA4, and HTML.
Degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Strong business orientation and analytical skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
An organized, proactive, entrepreneurial person with strong communication and teamwork skills.
High level of English. French is a plus.
