Would you like to develop your marketing and management skills at the world's leader of luxury goods?We are seeking talented individuals who are eager to craft their future with a dynamic team that embraces every challenge as an opportunity for growth.If you want to conquer the world of digital marketing, we're excited to welcome you on board!Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop work competencies, and acquire practical experience through participation in the development and management of e-commerce and other digital campaigns across various channels, in close collaboration with other marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport the digital team in all daily tasks of e-retail and e-commerce.Assist in the process of opening e-corners of the brand following image guidelines: evaluation of web environment, product files, etc.Collaborate on the e-trade plan in both social media and retailers' websites.Support in monthly reports, including the presentation and analysis of sales, campaign performance, customer behavior by reference, benchmark of sites, among other KPIs.Participate in the launch of campaigns across websites, in line with the brand's launching calendar and activations.Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns on social media, affiliation, email, display, and other channels.Support the CRM team in the management of campaigns (direct mailers, tracking, reporting, etc.) and Loyalty program needs (gifts, stock control, etc.).Analyze and monitor competitors' websites and benchmarks.Soft SkillsEnthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.Analytical with attention to detail.Organizational skills with strong management capabilities.Knowledge of digital trends and platforms.Sensitivity for the luxury and beauty sector.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree in Digital Marketing is highly valued.English (Fluent C1). French and/or other languages are considered a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (Photoshop mainly). Knowledge of CRM platforms is considered a plus.Previous professional experience in e-retail and/or digital marketing positions will be considered a plus.MANDATORY: Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.
