Solutions company for industrial sector (automotive, robotics, Food, etc) is looking for a Digital Marketing profile to work from Barcelona (HQ in Germany).
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Contribute to ifm's growth targets through digital marketing initiatives, including SEA/SEO, newsletters, social media, and industry portals.
- Generate quality traffic to the website by implementing continued optimization efforts.
- Develop targeted direct mail lists and targeted audience selection for brand promotion and vertical marketing strategies designed to grow the customer base.
- Coordinate local SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and accessibility.
- Analyze and optimize SEA campaigns across various media channels.
- Recommend localized keywords in line with global translation efforts.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Botify, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
- Provide standard KPIs to gauge campaign progress, identify future requirements, and gaps.
- Communicate analytics findings regularly to key stakeholders.
- Analyze and evaluate competitors' online marketing strategies.
- Work closely with Product Sales Management and Sales teams to strategize action plans for target products, industries, and services.
- Work closely with the headquarters' Marketing department, using their help and support to successfully execute marketing activities.
- Engage with international Marketing colleagues to share best practices.
- Collaborate with the global web team and improve conversions of the e-commerce sales channel.
- Gain local industries and market insights, enabling tailored marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with Global Industry Management.
- Publish content to support new customer acquisition and retention, aligning with local management.
- Participate in customer visits for at least two days annually, alongside attending exhibitions.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or agency background preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Collaborative mindset with a desire to work across teams.
- Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in Performance Marketing.
- Understanding of industrial automation, engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred, or willingness to learn.
- Professional understanding of sales principles and digital marketing funnels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- English level B2 or similar.
