.Swoosh English is an online English exam academy founded in 2013. We provide online courses and lessons to students conducted by a team of fully qualified and experienced UK native English teachers in order to help them pass their IELTS/OET/PTE exams.Purpose of the role Working as part of the digital marketing team, this position plays a significant role in supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and oversee social media activity and strategy. As a crucial part of our brand messaging and customer engagement strategy, this role will focus on creating compelling content and driving lead conversion through social media activity and the power of storytelling.Roles and Responsibilities Social Media Curate and manage social media channels (paid and organic).Planning, creating, reviewing and scheduling posts/stories.Planning and managing the content calendar based on campaigns and brand messaging themes.Copywriting for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn - appropriate and specific to social media channel with clear CTA and using compelling copy in Swoosh brand tone of voice.Managing all social media profiles and groups, ensuring copy, links, CTAs, imagery and campaign highlights are up-to-date and relevant.Creating and designing image assets for social media posts, stories and groups.Working with the Academic Director and teachers to develop new ideas for engaging content for different target audiences on different social channels.Leading on and implementing YouTube optimisation projects using VidIQ and other resources to enhance SEO.Regular social media reporting on all channels including reach, engagement, interaction on a qualitative basis, CTAs and conversions, and analysing social media campaigns to determine areas for improvement.Research and implement an effective follower strategy for the company accounts.Keep up to date with key marketplace news sources and re-share any relevant and meaningful content on our social media channels.Research, keep up to date with and implement any relevant social media trends.Producing a consistent brand message in all social media channels that aligns with and promotes the Swoosh brand identity and vision.Promotion of blog content on our social media channels.Onboarding, task-setting and managing the OET-Superstar program, ensuring content is collated and produced in a timely manner and is of sufficient quality.Keep up-to-date with competitor research on social media channels and implement anything which aligns with our brand and vision.Closely working with the Marketing team to implement ManyChat strategy into our social media.Live Webinar Support Creating streams on Streamyard for the live classes.Creating live events on Connetics FB.Providing the live links for the Sales and Customer Service departments.Providing the Streamyard link to the executive from Connetics.Video Creation Using VidIQ for the YouTube videos
