Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to join our marketing team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a key role in driving email and SMS marketing strategies.
You will collaborate with various team members, including designers and copywriters, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, ranging from 1 to 25, at a time.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
Timely Communication: Respond to client communications within 12 hours, Monday through Friday, to foster strong relationships.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies and ensure the on-time launch of campaigns, coordinating with graphic designers, copywriters, and email deliverability experts.
Reporting: Provide data-driven reports to clients, reviewing marketing performance regularly and identifying areas for improvement.
Content Management: Manage comprehensive content calendars for each client, ensuring content is approved and maintaining consistency and quality.
Content Execution: Assist with campaign creation and auditing, collaborating with the team to ensure effective execution.
Optimization: Share key insights from client strategies with the internal team to improve overall marketing performance.
Platform Utilization: Efficiently use organizational tools and client marketing platforms to execute initiatives effectively.
Qualifications: 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
1 years of experience as an Account Manager in a digital marketing agency.
Preferred: 2 years of experience in email marketing for both consumer and B2 B markets.
Proficiency with email service providers and SMS/text platforms is highly desirable.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
Basic knowledge of laws and regulations related to email and text marketing.
Solid understanding of key performance factors such as audience, content quality, open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong active listening skills, attention to detail, and empathy toward client goals.
Ability to build rapport with both clients and internal team members.
