Digital Lead Iberia for PharmaPosition PurposeThe main purpose of this Digital Lead is to drive and influence digital strategy to achieve business outcomes, aligning technology and business needs, and leading multi-year digital roadmaps to ensure successful implementation and adoption of digital solutions.
The Digital Lead (DL) Iberia (m/f/d) fully understands the business of the respective markets (Spain and Portugal) with a clear focus on becoming a data-driven organization continuously improving Customer Experience and unlocking Business Value.
The DL Iberia steers all IT related activities based on a holistic understanding of different brand businesses bridging between the Customer and Product Squad teams as well as the IT platforms like Customer Engagement Platform and foundational IT platforms.
The DL contributes to the Digital Strategy as part of the Business Strategy, acts as a Change Agent for our Digital activities and contributes to our continuous Digital Portfolio development.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:Guide and drive digital strategy:Drive and influence digital strategy to achieve business outcomes by aligning technology and business needs to create a cohesive strategy.Build and maintain long-term/multi-year digital roadmaps focused on business outcomes.Lead strategic prioritization and funding allocations to platforms across roadmaps, considering business impact and total cost of ownership.Promote and drive digital transformation: (including towards an AI-driven enterprise applying DSO principles) with all customer and product teams in Iberia.Drive and steer portfolio: Orchestrate all digital activities around markets portfolio as well as influence strategic adoption and implementation of related digital solutions and Pill+ assets in partnership with platforms and business team(s) (customer, product, technical, enabling teams).Transparently share with business team progress on business outcomes connected to technical key results and relevant key learning and potential trade-offs as part of 90-day cycles.Bridge between the customer and product teams and the Business Engagement as well as IT Customer Engagement Platform (by representing the business as an 'Associated product owner').Drive broader business transformation, lead or contribute to squads (with organization topics like talent, staffing, DSO implementation, financial steering, etc.)
