You will work on investment opportunities for Data Centers processes.RESPONSABILITIES:Perform the economic and financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment projects, in collaboration with business development, financing, taxation, external advisors and partners.Build, develop and work with financial models that guide decisions in acquisition, bidding, and financing processes.Preparing in-depth analysis and presentations to senior management as part of Ferrovial investment approval process.Preparing Project Information Memorandum to present the project to lenders, rating agencies, equity investors or any other third parties
