You will work on investment opportunities for Data Centers processes.RESPONSABILITIES:Perform the economic and financial analysis and valuation of investment and divestment projects, in collaboration with business development, financing, taxation, external advisors and partners.Build, develop and work with financial models that guide decisions in acquisition, bidding, and financing processes.Preparing in-depth analysis and presentations to senior management as part of Ferrovial investment approval process.Preparing Project Information Memorandum to present the project to lenders, rating agencies, equity investors or any other third parties.Conduct sensitivity analyses, as well as develop various cases to test the robustness of financial structures under multiple scenarios and report the results to Ferrovial's senior management, investment partners, and other relevant parties.Manage several projects at a time, which are all at different stages of development.Prepare specific "ad hoc" studies relevant to senior management decision-making.REQUERIMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering (with subsequent finance-related training) and a strong interest in investment analysis and project finance.Essential expertise in developing financial models for infrastructure investments, Visual Basic programming, financing structures.Experience in Data Centers and Real Estate is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in the described responsibilities.Valuable: Master's in Finance from a prestigious business school, or CFA certification.SKILLS:Collaborative team player.Flexibility and resilience under pressure.High level of autonomy and proactivity in the continuous search for improvements and proposal of solutions.Ability to make decisions quickly and in a context of limited information.Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.Superior analytical and quantitative skills.Communication skills.Ferrovial Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer and, as such, treats all applications equally and hires exclusively on the basis of skills and experience.
