Our Team: The Digital Functional Expert will join the Digital Growth hub teams, which is part of the Consumer Healthcare Digital Business Solutions supporting Commercial, Marketing, M&S, Support functions and Science. This team is responsible for managing the worldwide solution portfolio, roadmap and projects around these Commercial & marketing areas.
Main responsibilities: Lead the Sales effectiveness solution implementation on MyCRM, Showpad, OCE, TRAX solutions. Be the expert and privileged interlocutor on the Sales effectiveness topics between Product Owners, Business process owners, Solution Leads & technical teams. Collect Product related enhancement requests, challenge and qualify them and ensure their inclusion in the cross-application vision. Lead Sales effectiveness problem management – identify key issues & irritants of the solution and find ways to improve the end user experience. Write Sales effectiveness specific user stories, ensure alignment with the technical teams on the technical design and acceptance criteria with local teams. Review solutions, adoption and recommend improvements. Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project. Describe and illustrate functional designs with appropriate justifications. Collaborate with cross-CoE teams, including Delivery, Product, Testing, Architecture, Support to ensure alignment and integration of new features or processes within Salesforce solutions. In charge of Sales effectiveness Product testing functional scripts. Prepare & maintain Training documentations related to Salesforce Effectiveness solutions usage. Contributes actively to Operational excellence: facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to Problem root causes analysis, support L3 on problem solving. Required Qualifications and Background: Bachelor's or advanced master's degree in business or engineering. At least 3 years' experience in delivering Salesforce projects. Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online. Minimum Salesforce certified: Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Business Analyst CG Cloud Familiar with continuous improvement/Agile techniques. Application design and integration knowledge (plus). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: A pro-active personality, with a can-do attitude. Excellent relationship-building skills. Attention to details and excellent analytical skills. Available and responsive to questions, clarifications and instructions. Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences at all levels. A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams. Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence.
