The PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Platforms Lead to join our Market Intelligence & Digital Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring new digital channels, managing content approval and eDetailing platforms, overseeing the CRM system from a marketing perspective, analyzing digital platform data, interfacing with global and regional teams, and collaborating across departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Explore New Digital Channels: Identify and assess new digital channels to expand our reach and enhance our digital presence.Manage Content Approval Platform: Oversee the process and marketing assets for content approval, ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines.Manage eDetailing Content Platform: Maintain and update the eDetailing content to ensure it is always current, engaging, and aligned with our marketing strategies.Manage CRM from a Marketing Perspective: Oversee the CRM system to ensure it supports marketing initiatives, enhances customer engagement, and drives targeted campaigns.Analyze Digital Platform Data: Collect and interpret data from our CRM and digital platforms to inform decision-making and optimize digital marketing strategies.Interface with Global and Regional Teams: Act as the main interface with regional and global digital marketing teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and tools, as well as identification and localization of best practices.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Lead the marketing team and co-design with Communications suitable digital marketing strategies and tactics to meet business objectives. Collaborate closely with IT and other necessary departments. Manage relationships with and evaluations of external vendors supporting marketing efforts.Compliance and Guidelines Management: Oversee the implementation of global standards, policies, and guidelines for marketing teams regarding digital communications, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company protocols.Digital Marketing Advocacy: Foster an educational environment regarding digital marketing aspects, channel utilization, platform knowledge, and digital marketing approach adoption within the team.Project Leadership: Design and lead company-wide initiatives in digital marketing.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, data analysis, and CRM management.Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content approval systems and eDetailing solutions.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Experience in managing relationships with external vendors.Familiarity with legal regulations and company protocols regarding digital communications.A plus: Experience in generating data insights and conducting data analysis.Why Join Us: Be part of an innovative company at the forefront of the digital marketing space.Collaborative and dynamic team culture.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.Who we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
