About the role: As a Digital Project Manager, you will have to apply your knowledge in managing digital campaigns and projects in close contact with internal technical/creative teams and clients.
You will be the main point of contact with the local client, receive their briefs, manage both local and international teams for operations and execution and manage media deliveries with media partner.
How you'd spend your day: Managing clients' requests, establishing a direct relationship with client's team.Coordinating internal resources (creative, technical team, media, production and finance).Participating on client calls in English and Spanish.Managing & scheduling a high-volume workload.Ensuring the executions meet the brands' guidelines and quality standards.Coordinating external partners and resources when necessary.Handling budgetary control of your brands and coordination/approval of billing.Suggesting proposals for improvement, being proactive for the client/agency benefit.Contacting the Publicis Groupe network for the international clients.Managing the PG internal tools. What we're looking for:
Experience in managing digital projects such as campaigns, social media, websites and CRM.At least 1-2 years of experience as a digital account executive or digital project manager preferably in international accounts.Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or more) which will be assessed in an interview by the Talent Team.Experience with task or project management tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Familiarity with task management tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, etc.)
is a plus.Capacity to deal with complexity, pressure, and multitasking.Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
