Dh-974 Team Supervisor In It Sector (Dutch Speaker)

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Supervisor (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you will do in this role?As a Supervisor on our team, you will:
Monitor and report team performanceGive agents feedback on their individual performance and motivate team membersKeep track of each agent's trainingParticipate in the recruitment process close to the HR DepartmentOrganize and optimize shiftsEnsure processes and procedures are up to date and adhered toTake overflow calls/ticketsTake incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts), log call details onto call management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA.Guide on selling techniques for complex outbound driven salesMaintain knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers Requirements:Bilingual or proficient in Dutch plus advanced level of EnglishWorking knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows / MS Office / internet configurationExcellent communication skillsBusiness knowledge and commercial awarenessPrevious experienceAbility to implement and manage changeHigh customer care orientationIT knowledgeAble to develop personal and professional skillsFun facing challenges and overcoming obstacles What's in it for you?In this role, we offer benefits that help you support your unique lifestyle:
